357The Tenants continues and we finally expand our property portfolio by purchasing a second location! It's a lovely, charming three-room apartment in the slums and whilst it does have quite a few bits of furniture a lot of it needs replacing or enhancing and it is missing a few obvious things, like any form of kitchen equipment!
With our babysitting tasks done our new mission is to earn quite a lot of money per month, which means we'll need to work very hard on owning more properties, and of course to do this we have to do some more jobs to bring in the cash. However Uncle Pete has other ideas and demands we go to the bank to take out a loan, which is quite costly per month.
Some of our project work involves setting up a bedroom for a streamer, complete with a gigantic figurine, but another job drags poor Betty back into realms that she'd rather put behind her... that's right, we're back with the mob, and this time it's not two little rooms, it's a gigantic house renovation worth so much money!

Decide which tenants you want to make business with. React to various situations... you never know what's gonna happen: annoyed neighbours, problematic tenants, police involved? Gotta stay alert!
Design your apartments and give them a polished look. Get rid of that old paint and buy some new furniture or just change the floors. Do not overdo it though! The better it looks, the more money you make!
Invest wisely to achieve maximum profit. Keep an eye out for the best bargain, and strike when you see an opportunity. Are you into risky deals, or you just want to play it safe? The choice is yours!
Become a landlord and get involved in real-estate. You are the one in the driver's seat. Stay calm, focused and ready to make your bussiness rise all the way to the top!
