Rooms for Improvement | The Tenants - Part 1 - Early Access (House Flipper Landlord Tycoon)
655The Tenants returns (again!) but this time we're playing the fancy Early Access version, with all sorts of extra bits and bobs, like more types of flooring and way more decorative items, plus there's a fancy new interface too!
As we've seen a few times, we start by sorting our Uncle Steve's trailer but we quickly move on to doing jobs around the town. We make a couple of splendid bathrooms and earn enough money so we can set up our own little place with electricity and heating.
Then we set about decorating our first property and as you'd expect, we do it properly! It is wonderfully colourful and vibrant, with some fabulous and not-at-all clashing flooring and wallpaper choices.
We also make quite a bit of cash from doing a fancy job on a boat, whereby we have to set up a lovely sailor's cabin, complete with hammocks, barrels and a compass or two.
However the real draw is having our own properties so now we've got our hands on the Early Access version of the game we can play for a lot longer than previous versions and build up our property empire!

Decide which tenants you want to make business with. React to various situations... you never know what's gonna happen: annoyed neighbours, problematic tenants, police involved? Gotta stay alert!
Design your apartments and give them a polished look. Get rid of that old paint and buy some new furniture or just change the floors. Do not overdo it though! The better it looks, the more money you make!
Invest wisely to achieve maximum profit. Keep an eye out for the best bargain, and strike when you see an opportunity. Are you into risky deals, or you just want to play it safe? The choice is yours!
Become a landlord and get involved in real-estate. You are the one in the driver's seat. Stay calm, focused and ready to make your bussiness rise all the way to the top!
