In this episode I describe what this series will go over. I explain that I assume you are familiar with several different programming concepts (if you are familiar with C# or Java, you should be good), then I discuss installing MSVC, coding your first C++ program, compiling/linking your first C++ program from the command line, common IO functions in C/C++, basic C/C++ language features, a challenge, and a few compiler options.

Series Plan
-----------
Part 1: Compiling on Windows/Linux/MacOS
Part 2: Headers & Linking
Part 3: Preprocessor Directives
Part 4: Make, CMake, Premake, and other build systems
Part 5: Structures/Namespaces
Part 6: Pointers
Part 7: References
Part 8: Memory Management
Part 9: Static Keyword
Part 10: Typedef, Using and Function Pointers
