Cadash (TurboGrafx-16) - Part 1
ScrewAttack recently uploaded a Best Ever video on the best ever hidden gems in gaming, and it made me think back to this game. In fact, the TurboGrafx-16 system could be considered a hidden gem itself since it just kind of sat in the audience of the SNES/Genesis console war, and I do plan on playing other TG16 games on this channel as well.
I first found out about this game through a top 10 list on GameFAQs that someone made about the top 10 TurboGrafx-16 games, and this game was #9 on the list. It sounded interesting from what I read, so I checked it out, and I really liked it. This game is kind of like Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest on the NES except without all the cryptic stuff. There are also four playable characters and co-op mode as well, adding more replay value.
This game was originally released as an arcade game, but got a few home ports as well. There's also one on Sega Genesis, but that one only had 2 playable characters instead of 4.
