I haven't had much experience playing an Atari Lynx.One of my friends from my teenage years had one & he had about 20 different games for the system, which at the time seemed like a lot. California games was a release title for the Lynx when it debuted in 1989. There were four games to choose from in the Lynx version which included, Half Pipe (Skate Boarding), BMX, Surfing, & Footbag. The object is to get the highest score possible. It doesn't get any simpler than that. In every game you are racing against the clock, but in Surfing & Half Pipe, if you mess up three times, its game over. My personal favorite was the BMX. Even though you didn't race against opponents, I loved the gigantic drop downs along the course. Prior to this video, I never did as good on Half Pipe or Foot Bag. Normally I'd do better on BMX.
