Given our experiences with Harold and the Fedora 2 so far, it shouldn't surprise me that no one living in this ocean knows what a fish is.


Harold Halibut is a beautiful, creative, ambitious narrative game that just released. IT's fully stop motion animated and has been in production for over a decade from what I understand. The game's detractors criticize its minimal gameplay as a "walking simulator." It's my opinion that if the story's strong enough and it's anything like an interactive movie there's merit to using this medium to immerse the player. The question is, can the story and its characters live up to the game's promise of drama in a submarine base on an alien planet?
