Here is a benchmark video of the 2012 Call of Duty title that follows the events after the first Black Ops: Black Ops 2.
Settings wise for the graphics, the screen resolution is set to 1280x720, shadows at medium and graphic content enabled. Over at the advanced tab, texture quality is at automatic, texture filtering at medium, anti-aliasing set to 2x MSSA, FXAA is disabled, ambient occlusion is also turned off, depth of field is low, number of corpses set to small, and finally sync every frame is turned off and max frame per second is at 60.
When recording, the average fps is very consistent, since the max frame per second is set to 60. The lowest would be in the low 50s to 59. The fps would be seen going only up to 61 or 62 as its highest.
