Our Bar-B-Q tells the tale of Central Texas ranchers, butchers, & farmers: Brisket, Beef Ribs, and sausage are the holy trinity of this style of Bar-B-Q. Founder Jared Leonard has been telling this story at AJ's Pit Bar B Q since 2009, and we're excited to share this passion with our neighbors in Evergreen.
Our rotisserie & grill speaks to our desire to showcase simple ingredients, in a method that lends opportunity for deeper character, and bold flavors. Cooking with a wood fire provides a flavor profile unlike any other.
Our wood-fired pizza is cooked in an oven that was handcrafted in Italy, by the Acunto family. Certified Pizzaiolo Bryan Rosen was trained by masters from Italy, and will be heading up the wood-fired program at Campfire. β
