This easy recipe involves rubbing the sauce into the chicken in a frying pan and frying it with a small amount of oil. You'll be hooked on the yakiniku sauce and gochujang for sure! ■Ingredients (Serves 2)

300g Chicken Thighs (for deep-frying)
6 Tablespoons Potato Starch
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
☆Seasonings
2 Tablespoons Yakiniku Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Gochujang
[KIRISHIMA No.8 with Carbonated Water]
Authentic Sweet Potato Shochu "KIRISHIMA No.8" to taste
Soda (unsweetened) to taste
Ice to taste

1. Place the chicken and ☆ ingredients in a frying pan and mix until the liquid is absorbed. Mix thoroughly with the potato starch and coat thoroughly. Place the chicken skin-side down.
Tip: If the seasonings you use leave a lot of liquid, lightly wipe it off with kitchen paper before adding the potato starch! Coating the potato starch thoroughly will give it a crispy finish!
2. Add salad oil to the remaining part of the frying pan and heat over medium heat. Once the meat is golden brown, flip it over and reduce the heat to low-medium. Continue frying, turning it over occasionally, until the meat is golden brown and cooked through.
Tip: When frying, use low to medium heat.

3. Fill a glass with ice. Pour in authentic sweet potato shochu "KIRISHIMA No. 8" and carbonated water in a 1:2 ratio. Stir gently once with a muddler.
