■ Ingredients (Serves 2)
・5 chikuwa
・5 okra (60g)
・1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
☆Seasonings
・1/4 teaspoon grated garlic
・1 teaspoon sesame oil
■ Steps
(1) Sprinkle salt on the okra (to taste) and roll it on a cutting board. Wash it with water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut off the stem end and remove the sepals.
(2) Insert the okra into the chikuwa and cut into quarters (chikuwa okra).
(3) Mix the ingredients marked with ☆ in a bowl, then add the chikuwa okra and white sesame seeds. (Add a little salt to taste.)
