I've tested it with Q9550, so let's see how it performed...

It's kinda playable at almost every setting, but not that desirable :C
The GPU is easily capable of running it at 720p-1080p with 60-120 FPS easily without drops and stuttering depending on the settings...
I think it's the main thing that I suck at Valorant because everyone else is running it at 120+ FPS and I'm stuck with 60 and stutters and drops xD
So, it's gonna happen the same to you, so don't try to play it competitively ever with a core 2 quad, just play it for fun if you're not that of a guy who gets easily annoyed and breaks stuff :D
And remember, the game is gonna run even worse if you have a slower core 2 quad CPU or a core 2 duo
