Recording eats a few FPS...
Stutters and drops are also caused by recording.
Settings are medium with ultra textures and FPS is like 22-25 most of the time without recording, it also depends on location but it doesn't go below most of the time...
With 720p and low settings, FPS isn't much change, just +2-3, so you may use it or just use custom mid-high settings...
Overclocking also helps and increases 1-6 FPS
