Can Hitman 3 VR Reloaded ever really be saved by patches or is the foundation of this new VR game too reliant on flat screen game mechanics & systems to ever reach the potential of a true VR Hitman adventure? The promised Hitman 3 VR Reloaded day 4 patch is available now but does it fix the games many issues & will XR Games ever be able to bring this game up to the standard that VR users want and deserve? This new Hitman VR patch does fix a host of visual issues & improves some aspects of the poor presentation the game launched with but it has me thinking about whether or not XR Games will ever give players everything they want from a VR Hitman game. Will they really create new systems for storing and interacting with items? Brand new systems for manual reloads? New systems for climbing ladders, mantling, breaking open doors, lockpicking etc... So many of the interactions/systems in Hitman 3 VR Reloaded are left over from the flat screen version of the game so XR Games would need to pull out all the stops, dedicating the time & resources now, after losing so much of the VR communities good will, to try and build the VR Hitman game everyone has always wanted... Or is it more likely that they'll just polish it up and make it look prettier... Lets discuss!

This Hitman 3 VR Reloaded gameplay / Hitman 3 VR Reloaded Quest 3 gameplay was captured natively on the Quest 3 and represents the gameplay and visual experience after the Hitman 3 VR Reloaded day 4 patch was released to the public. This new Hitman 3 VR Reloaded patch is a step in the right direction when it comes to fixing the visual presentation of the game but the core mechanics remain unchanged and will need MUCH more work...
