Can Robot Bees Replace Real Ones?
The bee population is in decline, which is bad news for anyone who needs plants. Which is basically everyone. Harvard Microrobotics Lab's solution? Robot bees. Robobees! These ingeniously assembled flying micro robots could be able to take over pollinating duties for bees, saving the world.
Or should we just try and find another way to save organic bees? Robot bees are an incredible innovation; but can they be used for other purposes too? Let me know what you think!
