Can this Elite Four even be beaten? Another LeafGreen Difficulty Hack (with Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules)

Yes...... but it is really, really RNG-dependant. Also this marks (to my knowledge) the first ever E4 clear of this hack with HC rules in place. Kind of proud, given how long I theorycrafted and tested for this.
Also on the Reset:
one alternative is to switch to Ninjask, set-up speed, kill Latios and try to get it done with Armaldo. However there are some problems with that plan. Mainly what get's baited out and what move get's used. Armaldo needs to be at pretty high HP to take out most mons. For that you would need to put a White Herb on Armaldo to counteract Salamence's Intimidate. With that you need enough HP to use Head Smash two times to defeat both Mence and Dnite, can use Ancient Power on Aero and then have to hope for Mega Horn to hit Latias.
The issue is that you have basically no real option for such a switch on most remaining mons. Aero deals too much damage with everything and Ninjask won't bait EQ unless you go into random-AI range. Salamence can low-roll with Fire Blast or press EQ via random-AI. Dragonite can decide to use either Blizzard or EQ. And Latias just does too much damage in general. So yeah, by far not the best odds but that is a strategy I should've prepared for this case and at least tried it.
Also loosing Blissey removes a contingency plan to take care of Lugia, Deoxys or serve as switch-fodder in case the Armaldo switch during the Champion Fight goes bad.
