Welcome to the second Persona 5 Royal Arcana Challenge video. You guys voted for it, you're gonna get it, it's the Tower arcana up next and not to spoil anything but this was definitely a run worth watching!
Here are the rules again in case somebody wants to read them up again while watching:
Only Personas of the specified Arcana are allowed (includes all Velvet Room mechanics as well as Persona/Item negotiation, with the exception of Treasure Demons)
Only Joker & Party Member of the specified Arcana is allowed (if no party member exists, it will be Solo Joker)
Only Specified Arcana confidant can be ranked up (excludes Councillor and everything that starts/advances automatically)
Arsene Only until we unlock the first Persona of said Arcana
Difficulty: Hard
No DLC Personas
No NG+
