Can you Beat Pokemon Radical Red WITHOUT MOVES? (Part 1)
0You've seen pokemon with only attacking moves, pokemon with only status moves, pokemon with only hm moves, and pokemon with hardcore nuzlocke rulesets. But what if we combined all of these challenges together? The result: pokemon radical red without moves. Like in my pokemon HeartGold "no moves" video, I'll be using poison point as my main method of damage. It's a good thing I started this in version 2.1 of radical red because the most recent update as of this video's release (version 2.2) doesn't have this ability in the game to make room for other ones. Unlike HeartGold, a lot fewer pokemon have contact moves. For them, I'll mostly be relying on them running out of pp and using struggle. That's easier said than done, especially because of the updated AI for bosses in this game.
Oh also no intentional glitches. I've had one where I reset a pokemon's health EVs and it kept the health increase until I used a pokecenter.
