HE’S JUST WALKING AWAY FROM HIM” “We finally found him then… the bravest man in the universe… Sink the anchor! Sink the anchor now and you! Go help this stranger out!” “A wise choice mate.”
Hello friends, my name is Dante and I have a burning question for you, do you think it’s possible to beat Resident Evil 4 without running? I know, it’s crazy isn’t it? For once I won’t be using my famous Nike strat, no boys, the Nikes are being hung up in the closet tonight. Because tonight, we’re gonna take it real slow and you’re going to get a taste of my day to day life being Italian. AYYYYYYY, I’M WALKIN’ ERE! I know what you guys are thinking, what about the boulder parts where you’re forced to run? Did you get by the swinging axes without running? How about the stompy stompersons? LISTEN guys, I’ll have answers to all of these juicy questions soon, so stick around.
I started my journey like any other, and one thing was immediately clear, this should was gonna take forever. I mean Leon takes his sweet time when he’s walking. I quickly found out that he walks a lot faster backwards than forwards, but this was pretty useless since, you know, I couldn’t see where I was frigging going. Leon walks into some random guys house without knocking, asked for the man’s critical knowledge, and then I think I was a little too aggressive with him or something, it’s all a blur to me really.
And then I came across the village. Now, I wanted to impress you guys with this run and so instead of taking the easy way out and destroying anything that moved, I decided that I wanted to take it slow and walk it out. Little Leon was completely terrified and after walking for a bit, I decided I’d take a gander to see what all the hubbub was behind me. Oh boy do I ever regret turning around. Something interesting to note is that if you aren’t looking at the enemies, they won’t throw their weapons at you. They’ll only throw their weapons at you when you look directly at them. And yes, I was playing on the hardest difficulty. After failing this part MULTIPLE times, I decided it was best to just “extinguish the vermin” if you know what I’m saying. And Leon says his famous line “where’d everyone go, bingo?”
