Cancel DoorDash DashPass Subscription
Canceling your DashPass subscription on DoorDash is a quick process that can help you avoid future charges if you no longer find the service beneficial. DashPass offers perks like \$0 delivery fees and reduced service fees, but if you're not ordering frequently or trying to cut costs, ending the subscription may be the right move.
To cancel, begin by opening the DoorDash app on your mobile device. Make sure youβre logged into your account. Once on the main screen, tap the 'Account' icon (labeled as 'Me') located at the bottom right corner of the app interface.
From the account menu, you should see an option labeled 'DashPass.' Tap on it to view your subscription details. If you donβt see it right away, you can also go to 'Settings' and scroll to find your DashPass membership section.
Inside the DashPass page, tap 'Manage DashPass.' Youβll be given options to either pause or cancel your membership. Choose 'Cancel Membership,' and DoorDash will prompt you to select a reason for cancellation. After choosing a reason, confirm your decision by tapping 'Cancel' again.
Once the cancellation is successful, youβll receive a confirmation, and your DashPass benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, make sure to cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
You can always resubscribe later from the same section if you decide to return to DashPass in the future.
