You have to infiltrate though the canals with three sumbarines to reach the docks to bring the top left defenses offline, for your forces to break through safely.\n\nI decided not to deploy the MCV and went for promoting the Rhino tanks to epic status, to go for the beacon (it is well defended by the green allies.\n\nIf you deploy the MCV, both blue and green allies will attack you massively though air and ground alife.\nBlue allies have more production building scattered in the map (and two Grand Cannon protection the main part of their base) while green allies are mainly around the Psychic Beacon.\n\nBut some micromanagement and proper care, it is possible to complete this mission with the forces they give you.
