In episode 44, after successfully farming Liquid to get Tier III Liquid, we found a planet with Rok presence, and proceed to farm that too. Then some Mantis intruders got annihilated in the tractor beam module, providing Mantis III...
So please ask any questions in the comments, why I do certain things, and so on, and I'll try to answer them for you.
For the purpose of this playthrough, I am using "traveler" difficulty (i.e. easy), with 7 reactors max, so I can build a fairly large ship.
