I thought my Elgato HD60 S might give a better result - it was partially better. Although I must take good care that the OSSC is not in scaneline mode. It was in this instance. Mweh..

That old Pentium III machine is loud though.

Verdict: Partial succes. The Elgato HD60 S is capable of capturing a 720p @60Hz HDMI signal with a weird resolution and OBS wants to cooperate with the Elgato.
