Cassette Beasts -Magikrab's Gauntlet BRUTAL difficulty (50 fights)
2So here is a funny little game I've talked about and played a lot of, but never really did much on the channel (yet ;) ).
Back when this came out on the switch, I bought it for me and Sarah to play through as a co-op game and something we can do together. Since then, its been something to boot up, mess around it and play for a bit, Sarah would be the 2nd player, I would be the avatar and we split the party tapes of top and bottom 3 to each other.
After their most recent update, we wanted to try the Magikrab's Gauntlet, so we did so earlier, tested out impossible for a bit, then afterwards I wanted to get back to cabin 51 on Brutal for ourselves and wanted to see how long it would take.
I do show the stickers at the end for the 3 tapes used, Thwackalope is the star, Galagor was made to support and encourage Thwackalope spam, and Kingrave is a weird little one of back up if anything goes backwards with random status effects. The other three not shown are strong in their own right, but we haven't got around to doing sticker fusion on them, so they are all default.
That being said, Sarah and I are very happy with how well things went for the main 2, the only thing that bugs me to the point where I can't auto pilot is Confusion causing issues and the no physical attack stuff. otherwise it seems least for the first 50 battles, we have the strength to push through pretty quickly.
