Castle of Uruk Visit #3 Walkthrough - Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy 100% Walkthrough
17Upon starting this visit to Uruk Castle you'll see a cutscene where Menes shows Set a new trap she has that turns intruders into a skeleton bat thing.
Just like the first 2 visits, use the cage & climb up the ladder. Instead of taking the doorway across from you, sneak across the ledge over to the statue which will turn you into a bat. In this area there are 2 levers that you need to pull. Fly over to the other statues & make your way over to each lever, then go through the door that opens.
You'll now be outside the castle. Go down the path & take a left. Push the statue off the switch then go back & take another left down the ladder. Push the statue off the 2nd switch, climb back up the ladder, & go through the door.
Go through the door to the right and get electrocuted. Wait for the water to go down then electrify the device in the center of the room. This will activate the zip line.
Go through the door that leads to the lava room & open the chest to get the 3rd Stolen Abydos Jewel. You'll descend into the lava & be engulfed in fire. Wait for the water to disappear & run to the center platform. When you can, climb up the ladder & burn the pyramid crates. After doing that, grab 1 of the things moving on the zip line & continue along until you fall off.
Push the statue onto either floor switch then pull the left of the three levers twice so that all 3 platforms are in a row. Pull the lever near the door to unlock it & go back to the lava room to ignite yourself. Run back through the electricity room (make sure to do it fast so you don't get zapped) & back into the room with all of the levers.
Burn the pyramid crates in this room then jump onto the platform that's raised to burn the large wooden structure. Move the statue onto the 2nd floor switch to raise the 2nd platform & use it to burn the 2nd large wooden structure. Jump across the 3 platforms to ignite the 1st furnace then pull the middle & right levers twice to ignite the 2nd furnace. You don't have to rush doing all this. Ignite yourself as many times as needed to get everything done.
Pull the middle & right levers 1 more time so that the platforms are moved to the middle. Go into the electricity room then jump across the platforms to electrify the device.
Go back to the lava room & light yourself on fire then climb up the ladder in the main room. Ride the zip line into the lever room & drop onto the structure that dropped when you burned the wood structure. Jump into the alcove & pull the lever then hop back onto the zip line. Ride it to the other side of the room where you'll need to drop down onto the 2nd structure & pull the 2nd lever. This will allow you to get a Glyph Key, however, I won't be grabbing it until the end.
Hop back onto the zip line & drop down as soon as you get passed the water then ignite the 2 furnaces to unlock a door. Step on the floor switch on the other side of this door & you'll see a gate open. The point of this area is to make it to each floor switch without touching the lasers until you reach the end where you'll find a Glyph Key. If you touch a laser then all gates will close & you'll have to go back to the switch at the beginning & do it over again. Once you grab the key go back to the zip line & take it into the next room.
Drop down to the lower area & pull the lever near the door. This unlocks the door leading to the lava room. Run back to the electricity room & get zapped then go back to the lava room. To avoid being lit on fire jump up & grab the bar hanging overhead then drop down & go through the door once it's safe.
Electrify the device in the next room & some posts will drop down allowing you to push a small platform. Move it so that you can jump to 1 of the wooden structures without touching the water. Ignite yourself then burn down the wood structure. Do the same thing with the 2nd wood structure. Don't forget to burn all of the pyramid crates as well.
With everything burned reignite yourself & climb up the ladder in this room. Stand on the circular platform at the top of the ladder & jump onto the zip line. Drop down onto the 1st structure & take the pathway then grab the zip line again on the other side. Drop off the zip line just before going into the short water room & burn the wooden floor. Drop down to get the 2nd Glyph Key.
With 2 Glyph Keys in hand it's time to go back & grab the 1 I skipped over. Go back to the main room & climb up the ladder (being on fire isn't needed). Ride the zip line & drop down in front of the glowing yellow circle wall. Approach the wall & you'll get launched over to the 3rd Glyph Key.
Go back to the main room & then to the room on the right with the chest guarded by lasers. Before opening the chest make sure that you grabbed all 100 Onyx Scarabs in this area. Then place all 3 keys in their place to open the chest & get the Medicine Bag.
