Graphically an improvement along with the addition of leveled up commanders and units that can all be possessed now. The castle building is gone, limited to upgraded layouts only in the single player campaign. Sadly the direction that they went with in the sequel makes it a deliberate time suck and unrewarding mobile game. Also there is no online functionality or even competitive multiplayer anymore. The addition of split-screen co-op is nice, but unavailable in the main single player campaign and limited to separate scenario battles.
