These are my impressions of The Ascent after playing for a bit. A very easy game to jump right into with good production value, great sound effects and instant action. If you have gamepass it's worth checking out and even buying if you're looking for an accessible fun co-op game. Just remember it's limited online to only friends while there is not any public matchmaking. If you're playing alone and looking for more varied gameplay or a strong narrative direction, then I would check out some other cyber-punk themed games.
