I dunno. I just don't like his moveset, his design or anything. To me, he's just annoying and meh.

Attacks:
Pillar Smash: Comes up from under a pillar, lifts it, hits you, drops it, smashes it to launch debris. Stand on the other side to avoid and don't forget to jump off fast.
Swim: When he swims, he goes OVER or UNDER pillars, so hide behind them. If there are none, go to the opposite end and slide under him! If he hits the wall during his charge, use his momentary stun to attack!
You can hit him in his sand-heap form, but avoid the fin; it hurts!
Breath: Spews urchin mines if you're far, poison gas if you're very close. You can break the urchins so unleash a Grando Union to get some fast, safe damage in.
