I honestly don’t think this game mode needs to be rated ages 12+ but it is connected to the online game Hearthstone which includes in-app purchases, some rude humor voice lines, and the ability to chat with friends online. Hearthstone Battlegrounds is available for free on iOS through the Hearthstone app and does have in-app purchases to unlock more hero choices at the beginning of matches. Hearthstone Battlegrounds is made by Blizzard Entertainment. I hope you enjoy it!
