Hi sorry I took so long, been a busy beaver but I finally have some time to work on videos again. Lots of footage left for me to edit so there should be some more uploads soon as well. Catalyst was fun to try out again in beta 4, but it's still lacking. The traits and utilities were better, hammer felt more fluid but still not quite right, and D/D still seems best for roaming. I didn't mention this in the video, but I really wish they would make the Hammer 3 skills mobility skills as well, like Dagger - maybe some kind of mechanic where you need to leap forward in order to activate the orbs. It's too slow lol.

FAQ1: So why is it OK that Tempest can cleanse via auras but not Catalyst?
A: Cleansing via auras alone is still barely enough vs most competent players using full condi builds in WvW, so you'd need antitoxin rune anyway (this is a bigger problem than just Catalyst). Catalyst's auras require more effort and planning/strategy to rotate in a way that is fluid, since as soon as you stop moving you die on Catalyst and you have to do all of this while keeping track of your finisher cooldowns and whether or not you're willing to sacrifice that skill just to cleanse one condition and gain an aura. It's a lot of effort for not a lot of pay-off. Also, Tempest has the ability to cleanse via regen+cleansing water, which makes build diversity easier on Tempest (you don't *have* to cleanse via auras if you don't want to).
