An okay build. The idea of this build is to focus on supporting your allies through boons, healing, utility, and defense. The skills grabbed offer elemental creation for extra help to your allies. The other glyph was grabbed to revive allies if someone were to go down. The signet was grabbed to provide an area of effects. The staff offered great abilities that included a large variety of skills which helped in every situation possible. The amulet was grabbed to help a variety of stats. The Rune was to help with boons from the sphere. The sigils help with condition cleanse and removing.
