Catherine is a puzzle-platformer. During the day Vincent hangs out in the Stray Sheep bar where he can talk to people, drink, play an arcade game and sends text messages with his phone. But during the night he must climb ever-growing and more dangerous towers in order to stay alive.
You start out as a guy who doesn’t want his life or relationship with Katherine to really change but of course change is going to happen whether he likes it or not. Katherine wants their relationship to advance to another stage and then Catherine comes along. Yes both girls have the same name. Vincent does the unthinkable and is cursed because of it. Will he be able to survive the puzzles at night and then be able to survive the mess he has gotten him self into during the daytime?
The game has 8 possible endings with those endings depending on what choices you choose throughout the game. Catherine is known to be a difficult game, in fact a patch was later released that added a Super Easy mode.

Catherine is developed Atlus and published by Atlus, Deep Silver and QV Software.

Catherine has a Metacritic score of 79.
