Cavalcadence plays Cadence 27: Mini-boss trapped by level gen!
For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So, several weeks ago, I came across something kind of amusing (while working on Cadence Low Percent attempts)... a mini-boss that was completely trapped by the level generation! A more recent run (earlier this week) reminded me of this (something kind of similar (but not really) happened)... so I figured, you know what, I think I'll post the video... some of you will probably find it amusing as well. =) So I dug through my old files, found the video, and... here it is. Hope you enjoy!
The trapped mini-boss (Gray Direbat) was encountered (Zone 2, Level 1) at around 3:08, and was actually noticed as being trapped at around 3:31. =)
The mini-bosses and boss I encountered during this run were:
Zone 1: Green Dragon, Gray Direbat, Red Dragon, and Death Metal 1.
Zone 2: Gray Direbat (trapped!) and Gray Minotaur.
Some notes and possible points of interest:
0:07 Zone 1, Level 1
0:25 Mini-boss: Green Dragon
0:36 Zone 1, Level 2
1:13 Mini-boss: Gray Direbat
1:28 Zone 1, Level 3
1:29 Hmm, I hear something stomping towards me... =)
1:35 Mini-boss: Red Dragon
1:47 Leprechaun!
2:13 Zone 1, Boss: Death Metal 1
2:46 Ow. =/ First coin multiplier lost, first damage taken (Death Metal 1, Fireball). Whoops, distracted by too many skeletons, and thought I had one more beat. ^^;;
2:53 Zone 2, Level 1
3:08 Mini-boss: Gray Direbat. Can't see it yet, but... I'd better take care of all these enemies first. ^^
3:31 Wait... is the direbat... trapped?? (If you watch carefully, you can see the moment I first notice this, when I hesitate slightly before stepping next to the Cadence-clone.)
3:35 Okay, now that those last two enemies are gone... Oh, wow! The direbat really is trapped! The level generation trapped it on the exit stairs! I've... never seen that happen before! ^.^;
3:46 Well, that made defeating the mini-boss easy. =)
3:48 Zone 2, Level 2
4:06 Mini-boss: Gray Minotaur
4:10 "You died! Press Up + Down to continue." Ow. =/ Whoops, failed to account for the minotaur opening up a path for the giant shield skeleton. =p Ah well. =)
4:11 Oh, and sorry about resetting so quickly. I was still in "reset quickly and start another run" mode, I guess. ^^; Anyway, if you missed it in the video, the seed number was 292577. This video was recorded in v1.21, but the seed does still work in v1.24 (the direbat is still trapped). =)
