Cavalcadence plays Melody 20: 1-1 challenge! (All Zones Mode: AMPLIFIED)
So I decided to try the "1-1 challenge" (i.e. can collect items and use shrines only on the very first level) with Melody. The first two runs didn't go very well. Which, given that I'm perhaps a bit out of practice with Melody, I guess wasn't too surprising. ^^
But on my third run... this run happened. =)
Overall, things went pretty well (Melody did take some damage from Fortissimole, but fortunately had a 1-1 Apple)... until the NecroDancer battle.
Interestingly(?), during the NecroDancer battle... something I've never seen happen before... happened. When the NecroDancer summoned his skeleton army, apparently Melody was standing in exactly the right spot so that the army appeared around her... making it impossible for her to move (until the skeletons advanced). I... didn't even know that was possible! ^^;;
Anyway, Melody ended up taking some damage... but fortunately, her 1-1 Leather Armor saved her (thank you, Leather Armor!), and she went on to complete the battle and get the win. =)
So... anyway, here it is, my first ever 1-1 challenge Melody win... hope you enjoy!
Also, due to the more limited entertainment options a lot of us (including me!) have been having these past months, I've definitely become more appreciative of the options I do still have... and in an effort to help do my part, I'm currently recording and uploading on an "every third day" sort of pace (which is a slightly faster pace than normal for me!). Once again, I hope it helps, even if just a little! ^.^
