This is a little tutorial on how to effectively use orbs while treasure hunting. If you use an orb in a dungeon it can detect if chests contain swords, shields and other orbs. This works in all dungeons too. Not just the Orb Dungeon.


Unfortunately stat ups, gold and other items aren't detectable. But even though the mechanic is far from perfect, it actually is helpful. So it may be worth not trashing an orb you picked up if you don't need the space right away. It might make things a bit easier.
