At first you'll die a lot in the Sacred Grounds. But trust me when you practise a bit it get's easier and easier ;-D! This is not meant to be a speed run.
I once managed to get through Hell in 4:31,8. Though, I don't want to get a better time, I just want to have fun :-P

Boss Fights:

1. Heavy Press

Difficulty: 4/10

The Heavy Press itself sometimes shoots thunderbolts out of it's front. You can hurt it at that spot.
But only that would be too easy ;-P
While your shooting the Press, Butes (Angels) come out of the left and right side and two Rollings circle the room. When you defeat the Heavy Press rush to the left or right side of the room because when it falls and hits you it's an instant death!
