Ahhh...Hot Coco, one of the most frustrating levels imo when it comes to getting the box gem due to the fact that we can get lost easily. The level is also infamous for being able to clock as low as 1 second in the time trial due to the nitro clipping glitch, but this video is about how to beat the level's developer time properly.

Anyways, the level’s developer time is considered difficult to beat due to the level’s nature, which made worse by the gratuitous amount of bombs in the level. The only way to beat the level’s developer time is to know the quickest route to hit a decent time while avoiding running into the bombs. Also make sure to hit the nitro switch crate so that you will be able to complete the time trial.

While the run is not very good, I'm quite satisfied for my current PB as I was able to exceed my expectations in this level. But I'll try to hit a better time for this level in the future.
