CBNST: Beating the Developer Time w/o Hobslides - Diggin' It (CB2) 1:05:97 [PC]
This level’s developer time is one of the most lenient ones in Crash 2, but this is a long, annoying level that everything could go wrong. The usual strategy of slide-jumping through the whole level applies here, but you had to watch out for the moving statues which move in an unpredictable pattern, as well as the soils at the second part of the level which you must avoid accidentally digging into it. Also, you had to sacrifice at least an Aku Aku mask at the electric gates in order to save time.
For me, beating this level's developer time by more than 10 seconds is quite a big achievement considering that this is one of the most annoying time trials so far imo. Though I could had hit some milliseconds lower if I didn't get stuck on the door frame at the exit tunnel.
