Welcome back to another Creative Deck Profile on new archetypes, this time centered upon the 'Silenforc' archetype built to be a retrain of the iconic Skull Guardian. In its new form, the crossed blades of the Level 7 LIGHT Ritual return in Skull Guardian, the Silenforcing Protector. While it starts with 2050 ATK, it doubles that while you have Novox, the Silenforcer Disciple on field or in GY. When Ritual Summoned, new Skull tutors any Silentforc monster or any Warrior or Dragon Ritual. Then, if you control Novox, it has a once-per-turn omni-negate. Speaking of Novox, this monster is the personification of Skull Guardian's original Ritual Spell, Novox's Prayer, but now, it is a Level 1 LIGHT Fairy that has three effects to keep this deck together. First, it can be used as the entire Tribute for a LIGHT Warrior or Dragon Ritual. Second, it places a Silenforc Continuous S/T on the field when summoned, and lastly, it Special Summons itself from the GY when you Special Summon a LIGHT Warrior or Dragon Ritual. If you hadn't caught onto the trend yet, all of these monsters are designed to work with the existing Ritual cardpool. And while they specifically reference Sauravis, the Ancient and Ascended and Saffira, Queen of Dragons, this theme also can utilize Odd-Eyes Pendulumgraph Dragon quite well! Speaking of Saffira and Sauravis, each gets an Effect Monster in this new Silenforce theme, so let's check those out next!
Saffira, the Wise Silenforcer Queen is the heart and soul of how this archetype works, as it can be discarded to send a Ritual Spell from your Deck to the GY, then you get to add any LIGHT Warrior or Dragon Ritual to hand. Additionally, it can be banished from the GY to trigger a Ritual Summon of a said Ritual Monster. Sauravis, the Sagely Silenforcer Dragon is the other retrain, able to be Special Summoned from the hand by shuffling a Ritual Spell and any other Spell from your GY into the Deck. Additionally, much like Ritual Sauravis, it can return itself to the hand when the opponent activates a card or effect, but this one Special Summons any LIGHT Warrior or Dragon Ritual from your hand/Deck rather than negating a summon! Closing out the new cards in the archetype, the Ritual Spell, Silentforcing Prayer, is pretty much as you'd expect, able to Ritual Summon any LIGHT Ritual Monster. Then for the Continuous S/Ts, Silenforcing Barrier mainly forces your opponent to target Ritual Monsters for attacks while you control Novox, and it can tutor a Silentforc card each turn. Then Silenforcing Authority can either shuffle a Ritual or Ritual Spell from the GY into the Deck to tutor a Silenforc monster, or it can destroy itself and the same number of cards on your opponent's field as LIGHT Rituals your opponent controls! As you'll see with the replays, this deck is all about committing your Ritual Monsters to the field, then slowly winning the duel one turn at a time. No prayers necessary here, but I'm sure Novox can offer one for you if your Tribute your Diviner of the Herald!
