A lot of women are suffer from incontinence and it gets worse over time. There is a technique of exercising kegel muscles that can help prevent urinary incontinence, but requires people to understand the proper way to exercise the precise muscle.
Getting taught how to exercise those muscles can be invasive or not perfect. However one company has a solution by modifying and creating a proprietary technique using a device similar to a tens unit.
