The year is 3024, and mankind has wiped the Earth clean of its natural resources. With its survival at risk, the human race looks to the planet's last virgin territory for energy—the bottom of the ocean. Controlling a fragile biomechanical robot named Nep2no, you have to collect light-giving energy sources tucked deep into the ocean's caverns. Abyss is essentially the arcade classic Lunar Lander combined with the water level from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the NES. Weird, right?
