It's just, when the latter happens, it's either a cheap cash-in (Pac-Man, Pokémon) or a huge, world-rending epic (Warcraft, Civilization). In steps Puzzle Strike, a strange - but certainly enjoyable - deck-building game that emulates the back-and-forth action of Capcom's iconic Puzzle Fighter, featuring a cast of characters that, like Puzzle Fighter, are cribbed from a fighting (-ish) game.
