The game that made shovels cool finally comes to Nintendo’s Game Boy, and not only that, it’s coming with a whole new approach. Dig Dug is a fantastic game on its own, but the Game Boy cartridge also comes with New Dig Dug, a second game mode that elaborates on the core gameplay by adding keys, barriers and some really clever level designs. It’s not dissimilar from Nintendo’s approach to Donkey Kong on the Game Boy, as well as other arcade games like BurgerTime. It’s an arcade classic, and it’s a Game Boy classic, too! Dig Dug is a single-player game.
