Hamster Monogatari 2 GBA takes the all-over-the-place, "We can do anything" attitude of the HamuMono series and channels it into... a standard hamster-raising simulation. No puzzles, no epic RPG, just a girl with a hamster, a town full of folks to interact with, and the satisfaction of watching your hamster grow up into a tokusatsu hero. (Yes, that's actually a thing that can happen.) Yet despite this more conventional interpretation, Hamster Monogatari 2 GBA still finds ways to innovate, including the ability to praise or scold your hamster, in a crude application of operant conditioning. In other words, actually RAISING your hamster, not just feeding it.
