Nintendo has once again dug out their dusty box of NES games for another round of remixes. A sequel to the 2013 original, NES Remix 2 brings 12 more NES classics together for a surprisingly clever twist on Nintendo nostalgia. It breaks these games down to their most basic components and then rearranges them, turning legendary NES games into short microgame challenges. NES Remix 2 features an impressive list of games, including Super Mario Bros. 3, Metroid, Kid Icarus, Kirby's Adventure and more. Some of Nintendo's all-time greatest games are present and accounted here. And then broken into pieces. NES Remix 2 also includes two new game modes—Super Luigi Bros. and a World Championship score-based mode. NES Remix 2 offers single-player play only, but the Super Luigi Bros. mode does support local multiplayer.
