Um.... it's Picross in 3D. Normally, a statement like that could just stand on its face (like an overworked goalie), but... then the brain starts to question. How the heck does that work? Block-filling, note-taking, lateral logic puzzle Picross doesn't seem to translate to three dimensions... but leave it to HAL Labs and Nintendo for doing what seems improbable. The mechanics and controls become second nature right away quick, leaving you to dig through a rectangular slab of matter to reveal a dog or some sushi or any number of other cube-formed objects.
