CGRundertow - BATTLE SHARK for Arcade Video Game Review
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of the arcade game Battle Shark from Taito. Released to arcades in 1989, Battle Shark is a ridiculously named game that takes place during World War III. You play Battle Shark by looking through the periscope of a submarine, firing at all kinds of incoming enemy craft. You move a set of crosshairs on the screen, and you push a button to fire your weapon. Your torpedoes are limited, but fortunately, they do replenish over time. This forms the basis of what Battle Shark is all about...using the torpedoes wisely and accurately, so as not to waste your opportunities. This video review features video gameplay footage of the arcade game Battle Shark from Taito, recorded from the PlayStation 2 compilation Taito Legends, and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
