Mega Man 8 review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Mega Man 8, an action platformer developed and published in 1996 by Capcom for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn. This is the last gasp for Mega Man games on anything resembling modern hardware. Unfortunately, that last gasp takes place beneath a lack of vision, uninspired soundtrack, and the worst vocal work this side of Chaos Wars. This was the game that necessitated the return to NES style for our Blue Bomber, and after going a round with this beast, you'll understand why.
