Chained Echoes Part 26: Recruiting Tomke, A Little Vacation, and the Bandit Class Emblem!
2We have the sky armors, we have the airship, it's time to go do random extra stuff! After picking up a couple members for the adventuring clan, we're off to Arkant Archipelago for our very first side quest, The Food, the Chap, and the Hungry, which takes us to the Hooge for some lookin' around and gathering of free things. Oh, and our first new party member in a long while, Tomke! I'm pretty sure he's an optional party member, so if you're looking to get them all, make sure you do this sidequest!
After that, we head off to the other available sidequest, A Little Vacation, where we get to see where those vicious vegetables from Basil came from and fight the person behind them! Then... Kinda make friends with him. I'd love if we could add him to the party, too, but no such luck :( Gotta settle for a Soul of Farnese, which will help us upgrade legendary weapons later in the game. Oh darn...
And finally, we're heading to the coolest place in Kortara Mountains (and possibly in the entire game) so we can unlock the Bandit class emblem! And also grabbing a little something for the Kortara Mountains reward board so I can get another chain reward thing because I can never have too many sacred waters in the inventory :P
And don't worry, we WILL be going back to Arkant Archipelago for the extra stuff and class emblem there later on! Gotta level up a bit and get some new skills goin' for the team, then I'm sure I'll be able to get there :) And hopefully in less than eight attempts at recording :')
