19Chainmonsters is the pókemon of web3. The game has been under development for a few years and it went from a pixelated game to a fully 3D open-world Web3 game with NFTs.
Imagine pókemon but instead of pókemons, you have chainmons. Chainmons are the magical creatures of Chainmonsters that you use in battle. Catch them, evolve them and mint them into NFTs. These NFTs can later be traded on Token Trove, which is an NFT marketplace that belongs to Immutable X.
Chainmonsters began on the Flow Blockchain and recently changed to the Immutable X ecosystem. Right now it is in its Early Access and everyone can play it through the Epic Games launcher both on Desktop and Mobile.
It is true that Chainmonsters grew a lot in the past years, but it's also true that there are a bunch of AAA games in NFT Gaming. This obviously raises the question, Is It Still Worth to Play Chainmonsters in 2023?
