This is the second of the challenges and it is a really cool one. You have two Japanese opponents who are doing a training exercise with each other. If you engage them directly they will both turn on you. However you are free to sit there and build up a giant army.

In a match all about timing this video has the proper timings for you, and tactics. This mission is done using the Empire of the Rising Sun but can also be done in roughly the same time as any of the major powers.
